The goal of our Meet the Doulas is to bring awareness and information about the benefits of having a doula to pregnant women and their families as well as the community of Sacramento and it's surrounding areas. These events are also a great way for women and men to learn more about their birth options and meet other Capital City Doula birth professionals, in addition to doulas, that can benefit them during pregnancy, labor, birth, postpartum and parenting. Includes refreshments, drinks, and a raffle for a free Prenatal Watsu Massage, Infant Massage Class, and more.
